Why we like this one

We have yet to stay here, but immediately as we saw this listing we knew this one checks most of our boxes.

The unit is spacious and well-decorated and has all the necessary utilities, including two of Mr and Mrs Nomads’ essentials: A coffee maker and blender 🙂

We also like that the unit has two bathrooms so Mrs Nomad can let all her bathroom essentials get the space it deserves.

The living room looks cozy and the sofa inviting, and we have lost track of how often this is not the case. In this unit, we have no problem imagining ourselves snuggling in over a movie.

Another big plus is that the unit has both a washer and a dryer. Being a nomad couple, a washer is a must-have and the dryer is a very nice bonus.

The common areas look amazing, and we would most certainly use them during our stay. The one thing that really stood out is the gym – wow!

And these common areas might be important as it seems the outdoor area of the unit is not too inviting being on the first floor, which is the only real negative thing we can find about this unit.

Luxury apartment in the heart of Marina Vallarta, with views spanning from the Bay of Banderas and rows of sparkling white yachts to the Sierra Madre and the lush, green fairways of the Marina Club de Golf.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens with a pool, hot jacuzzi, restaurant inside, gym, grills, roof garden, game room and pool table.

The location is in Av. Paseo de la Marina, which is safe, familiar, and quiet, providing close access to the airport, the Marina, amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping stores.

The apartment is on the ground floor, a privileged location for the use of amenities.

It has one bedroom that includes a king-size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning,

There is a spacious bathroom inside the bedroom with a beautiful balcony overlooking the main street Av. Paseo of the Marine.

The unit has special windows that allow total noise and light isolation, so you will have comfortable silence within the apartment.

The living room has air conditioning and a 65 ” smart TV that includes Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, a comfortable scissor-type sofabed that opens to individual size, plus a sliding mattress for another person. From the living room, you will have a spectacular balcony to Av. Paseo de la Marina.

The kitchen is very complete. It includes a 2-door fridge, a conventional gas oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, and a complete set of pans, plates and glasses. In addition to the basics and cleaning.

The utility room has a laundry room, washer and dryer.

We have 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that you can use on the beach. We ask that you to please shake them off as much sand as possible and in case of getting wet let them dry before storing them.

The amenities within the complex are first-class.

You can access 2 different rooftop gardens, where in both you will find different spaces of living rooms, lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ, and bathrooms.

At both of the rooftop gardens, you can enjoy a majestic view of the golf course, the marina, mountains, and the sea.

The space is ideal for an afternoon with friends enjoying a beer or a barbecue or for a revitalizing morning of reading accompanied by the first rays of the sun.

Another amenity is the gym, which has a large selection of equipment and sanitation, an ideal way to start the day.

We appreciate following these basic rules:

1. No smoking inside the apartment
2. Pets are not allowed
3.  The white and blue striped towels are for pool use, please do not forget them in common areas.
4. Do not use glass in the pool area
5. Please take out the trash; in the emergency stairs area there is a door (do not throw boxes or glass)
6. IMPORTANT FOR NOMADS: Long stays of 1 month or more have an extra cost for electricity. (100 mxn daily)
7. Do not leave the light or air conditioning on at the time of departure.

• The airport is 5 minutes away, we have a pick-up service for 250 MX pesos. (máx 4 people)
• Nearby shopping center and supermarket just 5 minutes away, if you need us to make purchases we will do it with great pleasure.
• The bus station is 15 minutes away.
• The complex name is V Marina on Av Paseo de la Marina.

Apartment unit:

• The water obtained from the sink is POTABLE as well as the water and ice from the refrigerator.
• We have a 65 “Samsung flat screen with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, please use the account called INVITADO.
• We have 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use (the closest beach is only 6 minutes by car along Paseo Bocanegra), please return them to Patio.
• We have wireless broadband internet within the department, the modem is in the main room and the password is attached to it.
• In case of loss of the apartment key it has a cost of $ 300 Mexican pesos
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS OF VALUE.

Common areas:

• Common areas and doors require an access card, you will be lent one, in case of loss it has a cost of $ 200 Mexican pesos
• If you want to use the barbecue grill in the Roof Garden (terrace), prior payment of 250 Mexican pesos for cleaning must be made to the staff at the door of each tower, it has a maximum duration of 2 hours reserving in advance and according to availability .
• The use of the Game room is free, it also has a TV, however, the pool table pieces must be requested from the staff at the gate of tower B.
• The common areas have wireless internet, please ask for the password at reception
